Attorney J. Kirk Donnelly attended the College of William and Mary, where he obtained a Bachelor of History degree in 1989. He later attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate with Honors in 1995. Since then, he has worked with a variety of clients in employment law and class action matters, including cases against notable companies such as Sears Roebuck, AT&T, Verizon, Bank of America, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Borders, CGMI (Red Lobster & Olive Garden), CKE (Carls Jr.), and many others.
