Kirk Donnelly began his legal practice working in premier law firms in California, including Dostart Clapp & Coveney, LLP, and Ross Dixon & Bell, LLP (now Troutman Sanders). In 2008, he founded his practice where he uses his years of “big law” experience to help employees who find themselves facing legal issues at their place of employment. Kirk has represented clients in state and federal courts in employment law matters, including cases involving major companies like AT&T, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and others.

One of his more notable cases involved approximately 16,000 class members in a lawsuit against Citigroup that resulted in a settlement.
When Kirk is not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Their family is active in their community & church and is involved in soccer, ballet, and karate as hobbies.
